Professional Practice / Illustrator's Panel

On May 9, as the closing Professional Practice event, the MFA program organized an Illustrator's Panel with five children's book illustrators. Each artist shared the development of their personal aesthetic along with their experiences in the children's book industry. The illustrators also gave students insights into finding an agent, applying for grants, funding your children's books projects and publishing.
