Current 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø students are featured in Material and Media Exploration: Work by 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø Foundation Studies Students at Homewood Studios.

One of the established goals of the Foundation Program at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (51±¬ÁϹÙÍø), is to experiment with concepts, materials, and techniques, and to build skill-sets in a variety of making processes. Most importantly, the program encourages students to embrace risk-taking as an essential element of the creative process. This exhibition is a celebration of a selection of student work produced in the first semester of the Foundation Studies Program at 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø. Works produced range from 2D to 3D to 4D, with various media and techniques, all showing the versatility, creativity, and tenacity of the students as a whole.
