HEX Ferments Co-founder Meaghan Carpenter Gives Advice

Meaghan Carpenter ’02 recently did an interview with Baltimore Fishbowl, following the success of her and her husband’s brand HEX Ferments. Started in 2010 as a collaborative performance art piece, the pair went on to grow it into a budding kombucha and fermented food brand.

Carpenter cites that the most influential piece of advice she received was during her time as an 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø undergraduate. Her drawing professor, Howard Quednau, sets an example for her mindset: “If you made it once, you can make it again; go ahead, erase!"
