Maxwell Freudenthal ’12 was interviewed by BroadwayWorld.com for directing La Cage Aux Folles.

Freudenthal grew up in Wautoma Wisconsin, he spent his early years reading books singing, painting, and watching movies. He left his hometown to pursue a career in art. He began his debut as a director while attending 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø and began to work in show business full time.

With La Cage Aux Folles he aims to give audiences a space to be their authentic selves and the differences between being accepted and celebrated.
