Describe the work you submitted for merits.

I submitted some 4 page comic finals I made last semester, and a few one pagers here and there from various comics classes. I also submitted an animated illustration.

Why did you decide to come to 51���Ϲ���?

51���Ϲ��� has a comics program and it’s also super close to home, I was excited to study visual storytelling and stay local!

What are your plans for your senior year? And beyond?

I hope to get a gig making comics specifically fantasy and or sci-fi comics, I’d also like to self publish more short comics and hopefully a longer graphic novel some day as well!

Favorite thing about college life (so far)?

I love having a studio to work in on campus! It’s been fun getting to know my studio neighbors and to be able to get advice from peers working around me.

What inspires you?

Right now im inspired by a lot of books and movies- some recent ones include “Stages of Rot” by Linnea Sterte and Avatar: The Way of Water

Do you have a favorite piece you've made? Describe it!

I really like my one page comic “The Fairy and Her Field Mouse” it’s sort of an homage to younger me and her obsession with fairies.
