A Second Skin is a collection of works that center around artist Erin Sandsmark's own body. These paintings take specific moments of self-identification with the naked body and ask the viewer to interact with the flesh presented to them in each work.

Sandsmark, an 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø MFA candidate, is focused on personal power and how to use one's body to create action and conversation in considering all bodies.
