Teaching Artist Practicum Biography

Charles Branch Davis III is a Comic artist and Illustrator From Minnesota, born in 2002. He graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (51±¬ÁϹÙÍø) in 2024 where he attained his BFA, and majored in comic art and minored in teaching artists. Charles’ primary interest lies in the creation of comic art and how to express creativity through the medium. Charles has done teaching assisted work in a comic workshop class where students learned about the basic foundation on how to construct a comic. Charles’s goal in teaching is to create a safe and honest environment where students can find what they need/want to do and guide them towards success.
