Learn the fundamentals of game design while adding concepts and characters to make a one of a kind video game. Open to ages 12-15. Course descriptionStudents create their own platform or scrolling video game using the popular Unity game engine. Using provided starter templates, participants learn basic game mechanics, coding techniques, and asset creation. Completed projects will be playable on phones, tablets, or computers via the web. Students will use Adobe Photoshop to create assets to personalize their game design. Open to students ages 12–15. Students must meet the age requirement by August 1, 2025.
