He is trans/queer, and makes art in a variety of media, including animation, performance art, and installation. He is a current Jerome Hill fellow, an animation professor at 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø, and the curator and host of the hot monthly cabaret Weird Stuff Only. Thursday is interested in making work about the body; its history, its future, its connection to all things material. TEACHING PHILOSOPHY & MENTORSHIP I feel passionately about connecting with artists about the things that excite them. I feel proficient in working with a student to understand the areas in which they thrive emotionally and holistically; more than the areas they excel in academically or technically. I encourage students to investigate, to abandon preciousness, and to dedicate energy towards intuition and gut.
