51±¬ÁϹÙÍø Gmail Activation

After completion of the Deposit process, you are assigned a 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø Gmail Account to which all official College announcements are emailed and gives you access to the Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet, etc.). In preparation for the start of your program, you are required to login to activate this account. 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø's login security requires you to use multi-factor authentication to complete this process, and steps are listed below to select an authenticator app for your personal mobile device.

Please read the following instructions carefully:

Activate your 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø Gmail Account

  1. Please go to to complete the activation process of your 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø Gmail account. Click Sign In at the top.
  2. Enter your short form** 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø email address (emailed to you from Admissions) and your 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø Login Password*.
  3. Gmail will forward you to the OneLogin sign-in page (51±¬ÁϹÙÍø logo on deep blue background).
  4. Enter your short form** 51±¬ÁϹÙÍø email address: (emailed to you from Admissions) and your password.
  5. OneLogin will start the authentication process and will provide links to the OneLogin Protect App if not installed already.

**Your short form email is your first initial of your first name and your full last name. Example for Jane Doe is jdoe@mcad.edu. Some names may have numbers included in the short form email.
